Tip # 1 Don’t eat anything white. There are a few exceptions to this rule.

Tip # 2 Drink water only! I realize this tip is really tough for most people to able to keep. Add lemon and Stevia to give it some flavor and to spice it up.

For the dedicated coffee drinkers, try going to 1 cup of organic coffee “without” crème and use Stevia as your sweetener.

The rule of thumb on the amount of water you should drink everyday is half

Your body weight in ounces.

Example: If you was to weigh 200 pounds, you should drink at least 100 ounces

of water a day.

Tip # 3  Don’t eat anything with the word “Wheat” in the ingredients. Yes that

also means whole wheat bread.

I know for a fact that if you faithfully do this for 14 days, you will lose the weight and truly amaze yourself of the results you get.
